Italian Macaroni with Tomatoes

250 grams Macaroni
1 can/400g diced tomatoes
30 grams butter
1 large size onion, diced
one handful basil leaves
pepper
salt
3 tbs Parmesan,grated
3 tbs Cheddar, grated
Directions
Fry diced onion slightly in butter until brown and add a puree of four big cooked tomatoes. Stir occasionally.
Boil water in the pot and cook macaroni according to directions on the packet or until tender. [...]
