A quick and easy Chocolate Chip Cookie suitable for anyone who is diabetic.
Ingredients
1/4 cup softened unsalted butter
1 tbsp. granulated fructose
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Ingredients
220 grams Semisweet chocolate
3 tablespoon icing sugar
3 tablespoon Hot strong coffee
3 Egg yolks
280ml tub double cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
