1 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated
1 small onion, peeled & chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground coriander
150 grams yogurt
1 tsp. salt
4 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced into rings
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced 2 tbsp.

1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 cup seasoned fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground turkey
6 slices bacon
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper. Add breadcrumbs and turkey; mix well.
