HONEY BAKED CHICKEN

1.5kg chicken, cut up
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup prep. mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
Directions
Mix melted butter, honey, mustard, curry powder and salt into the bowl.
Pour the mixed ingredients over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
Basting every 15 minutes.
