
PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL FOR CHRISTMAS

Ingredient
450 gram of cream cheese
250 gram of crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups of chopped pecans
1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
Directions
1. Beat softened cheese with a fork.
2. Stir in well drained pineapple, 1 cup pecans, pepper or pimiento, onion and salt.
3. Shape into 1 or 2 balls and roll in remaining pecans.
4. Wrap and store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
5. Serve with assorted crackers.
