
Quick Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients :
Plain Dessert Chocolate : 100g / 4oz
Butter or Margarine : 100g / 4oz
Icing Sugar : 450g / 1lb
Milk : 45ml / 3tbs
Cooking Method :
1. Place the butter, icing sugar, chocolate and milk in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes or until the chocolate has melted.
2. Beat vigorously with wooden spoon until smooth.
3. Pour into a 20.5 x 15 cm (8 x 6 inch) rectangular container. Using a sharp knife mark lightly into squares. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours until set. Serve cut into squares.
