Simple Plain Sponge Cake Recipe

Eggs: 8
Castor Sugar: 150g / 6oz
Plain Flour: 150g / 6oz
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Butter: 75g / 3oz
Cooking Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C / 375 °F or Gas Mark 5.
